We have the power to chip away at institutional descrimination in our workplace to start evening the playing field for ourselves and the people around us. Ladies Get Paid PDX is thriled to bring together incredible panelists to inspire us to turn talk into action and get women paid.

If you've experienced inequity and don't know what to do about it, this is for you.

If you think you could be doing more to make your company more equitable, this is for you.

Let's be real, intersectionality or nothing.
