About the instructors:
Bree Groff is the CEO of NOBL and has been focused on innovation, organizational design, and organizational change for over a decade. She has advised leaders at organizations as varied as Calvin Klein, Intel, AARP, Capital One, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and is known internationally for her thought leadership on designing organizations that support high-performing teams.
Jenny Cavaioli brings a communications and brand strategy lens to her organizational design work with NOBL. As a Director of Partnerships & Client Service for NOBL's New York team, Jenny works with clients to cultivate environments for increased strategic alignment, team connectivity and productivity.
