Are you a current or aspiring boss lady? Join Ladies Get Paid Grand Rapids to discuss the challenges faced by women in leadership positions, including gendered expectations, leading men and gaining access to these positions in the first place. We will also have a conversation around how women can support and help other women rise up in the workplace.
At each town hall we ask our panelists to share their stories, and then we open the discussion to the room, and encourage everyone to share or ask something. Chances are, if you have a question, there is someone in the room who has an answer, or can at least guide you to it. The goal of the evening is to be a collective strategy session; we're here to help one another be better, stronger, and achieve our goals.
We’ll talk, we’ll commiserate, we’ll share stories, and—most importantly—we’ll lift each other up with advice and tips for navigating and accessing positions of power.
