We’ve all felt the effects of both good and bad leadership. Good leadership is the singular ingredient to ensuring individuals and teams thrive. Bad leadership causes conflict, resentment, low morale, and people to leave their jobs. Knowing how to lead effectively, whether that’s a company or a team, is less about “tips and tricks” and more about emotional intelligence and intuition.

Join Shana Dressler, co-founder of the NYC Innovation Collective, and former Executive Director of Google’s 30 Weeks, for a 3 hour experiential workshop where you’ll identify your biggest leadership challenge and leave with powerful solutions. Tickets are limited.

Key takeaways:

  • Become more self-aware
  • Identify pathways to leadership
  • Overcome obstacles, navigate the glass ceiling
  • Consider consequences of decisions
  • How to prioritize based on vision
  • Give and receive critical feedback
  • Identify your strengths and weaknesses and use them to your advantage
  • Motivate your team
  • Use persuasion and emotional intelligence to motivate others
  • Discuss the differences in leadership style based on gender
  • Better understand your style of leadership based on your personality and values

Sorry, not at this event. We do welcome cis women, trans women, and non-binary/gender nonconforming folks.

Can we bring our children?

We know finding childcare can be hard (and expensive!) so you're welcome to bring your kids. Feminism can never start too young.
