Let Go of Perfectionism: How to Be More Productive and Less Stressed (Workshop)

  • General Assembly 10 East 21st Street, 3rd Floor New York, NY 10010 New York USA (map)

Do any of the following sound like you?

  1. You hold yourself to impossible standard

  2. You beat yourself up if things don't go as planned

  3. You procrastinate

  4. You're hard on yourself

  5. You tend to obsess over making decisions

  6. You tend to take things personally

  7. You feel pressure to perform / be "on" all the the time

  8. You're scared of making a mistake

If you found yourself nodding your head, you may be a perfectionist. Holding yourself to crazy high standards and beating yourself up if/when you don't meet them, can get in the way of being productive, fulfilled, and ultimately happy.

I want to help you change this.

Join me for an interactive workshop where I'll walk you through common mindsets, ways perfectionism prevents us from succeeding, and practical tips on how to overcome it. My goal is for you to walkaway with an actionable (and realistic!) plan to help you release pressure and so you can become the star I know you are!
