  • "I loved the presentation in the first half, learning about why we feel the way we do when we present. I also liked the break down of great speeches to give us tangible ways to analyze what we had prepared. These were valuable tools.
Fun and relaxed atmosphere, thank you for setting the tone. The pizza and wine was a nice touch to make us feel more at ease."

  • "I enjoyed the mix of lecture and interactive workshop. Claire presented some really helpful tips in her presentation and made it very engaging before we broke out into groups."

  • "The powerpoint was amazing - learned about breathing exercises and other practical tips to remain calm prior to/during a talk."

  • "I thought the presentation content was amazing. Your methods of meditation really stuck with me and are incredibly helpful."

  • "Personal advice about how to present well; I was surprised by how comfortable I felt with my groupmates after the community had been formed during the lecture part."
