Ladies Get Paid is proud to announce our new partnership with Secret Deodorant! It’s Secret’s stance as a brand that women shouldn’t have to sweat fair pay, and we couldn’t agree more.

We’re teaming up to launch an even bigger conversation about the gender wage gap, and we are excited to bring you even more resources to help you get paid what you deserve.

We’re focusing on three primary topics, all of which will help to bring about gender equality in the workplace:

  1. How to ask for a raise

  2. How to support other women at work

  3. How companies can work toward change at the organizational level

Starting on November 19th, you can download a free toolkit with tips and actionable information that will set you on the path of helping you and other women advocate for yourselves at work.

Through December, Secret and Ladies Get Paid will host a series of workshops at The Wing locations across the country, where experts will share tips on how to best move the needle towards equality in your workplace.

Lastly we’ll be co-hosting an Instagram Live with Secret and the Wing, where you’ll be able to ask questions and get real time answers from the pros at Ladies Get Paid.

You can also check out Secret’s new “I’d Rather Get Paid” campaign, starring Ladies Get Paid co-founders Claire Wasserman and Ashley Louise, as well as other gender equality advocates like Abby Wambach, Samira Wiley, Sophia Bush, Swin Cash and Catt Sadler.

Share the campaign on social with the hashtag #IdRatherGetPaid to help the other women in your life get equal pay in the workplace.

This post is presented as part of a paid partnership with Secret Deodorant.
